Hmmm. Apparently the lead test swabs we are using may be false positived by lime and whitewash. (High ph)

...and a quick check is to dip in lemon juice, if it corrects, you are good.

I got one section i know 100% is lead (upper laundry cupboard) for a control , and a garage full of uncertainly lead painted render. Gonna get my science pants on tomorry
