Well, if you ignore the 'ick'-factor, there are two reasons to forbid incest: genetic problems with inbreeding and the power dynamics.

Genetic problems can't happen in a gay relationship.

Power dynamics are also not a problem, since they both didn't know about it.

So all-in-all not that problematic?

Weirdly enough your basically right. There aren't any incest related problems with this relationship... Honestly if anything the only real relationship problem on display here is a shitty mom...

This is weird.

It's problematic because there was a lack of transparency of the facts about the relationship.

I dunno, I don't want to fuck people that lie to me about shit. But I'm gay like that. I once had a kinky gf who I loved, but i dumper her ass when I found out she had lied about herself to me. We dated for two years and it was pretty gross because she straight up admitted to lying to me when we met because I'd have never had dated her had she told me the truth.

Even if both were ignorant of the facts the facts are still relevant to making an informed choice.

also, why do you assume they didn't want to have a beautiful incestuous gayby, gestated by their daughter/sister who ended up in foster care after the initial divorce to whom both had an immediate and strange attraction when they met her at the gay bar?
