The problem is that, desoite a clear lack of credible evidence, Marxists and anti-imperialists have been continuously demonized. This is despite clear evidence against pro-imperialists, including Noam Chomsky, champion of the faux-left. A meme isn't going to have a comprehensive view of the people in the meme, it's just supporting the fact that the allegations continue to not have bearing in reality of evil Marxists.

I'd say it minimizes the real crimes we know of by focusing on percieved wrongdoing by those not on the lists. I wouldn't personally call it apologia, but it can run the risk of undermining them.

Yeah, I don’t really get it. How is denying the implication “apologia”? It can be wrong without excusing Epstein and cronies.
