That's all of them. You'd think it's about cold, soft water, but showering on cold soft water doesn't do the trick.

Mine looks great in cold wet weather, I live in Florida - our wet season is summer, winter so dry so it doesn't happen often.

To me it sounds like you should try drenching it in cold water and scrunching some gel into the very wet hair, and letting it set up for as long as you can stand it, then diffusing it gently.
