Breast implants and different kinds of penis enlargements are common.

Viagra and numbing agents help prolong the performance.

Sure, not all porn is like that, but a lot of it is and I can see it negatively affecting self-perception of viewers.

I was talking about you claiming women are inferior and you not being affected. Those are dubious claims if you meant them.
