Then they said that based on how many people they killed they assess that they get to reduce the amount of aid allowed in by 40% because less people need aid since they’re dead.

I don’t think I could come up with this stuff trying to write an evil character for a novel.

@reallykindasorta It is just all horrific - made worse by general global government complicity - with few exceptions
