This is honestly kind of amazing in its evilness. Is it powered by a little turbine from the flow of petrol in the handle?

Who fucking comes up with this stuff? I mean they probably won't ever admit to it, but there are probably agencies, like EvilAds Inc. that spend weeks refining concepts such as this one.

Weeks? Product development sometimes takes years. Something like this was thought of years ago somebody put it into development and it probably took quite a while to figure out exactly how to make it work with the product and with the device. It definitely didn't take weeks.
