Can i skip attack sequences? I want to play the original again, but i do not want to watch 500+ shiva and iffrit attacks

Edit: OK OK OK, i will use them less on my playthrougjh...

summons aren't the optimal play anyway - you ahould get better at optimizing support materia and using items.

e.g. 4x Cut + Counter, Added Cut + Deathblow, Added Effect + Contain, Magic Counter + Restore.

The best use of summon is final attack + Phoenix

Hades + Added Effect is a fun one too

If it's based on the console ports, there may be a fast forward function. Played it on Switch and that was very handy.

I honestly believe that was part of the "balance" of things.

If you used KotR for every random encounter, you'd bore yourself. So instead, you use attacks, simple magic, etc.
