0.27.6 works for me via the fdroid repo. Export settings , the install that version then reimport your settings.

That was a bust! I reinstalled 28.2, and it working again.

Sorry to hear that. I had no luck with 0.28.2 when i tried it earlier only the old version. Glad the newer one is working for you anyway
