Runners up for me would be the Ministry-related covers - all putting a unique spin on the songs.

- Revolting Cocks - Olivia Newton John "(Let's Get) Physical"
- Revolting Cocks - Rod Stewart "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy"
- 1000 Homo DJs - Black Sabbath "Supernaut"
- Ministry - Bob Dylan "Lay Lady Lay"
