Is there a tool or app that works similar to a VPN that would grant access to the wider tiktok outside of the is based version?

I see the app up scrolled is being heavily pushed, wondering how legitimate it US as an uncensored alternative

With a VPN you might be able to use the EU version.

For mobile Upscrolled is pretty good right now, but most content is Palestine related.

it reminds me of rednote this time last year with the influx of tiktokers and it makes me wish that they all went to decentralized media instead of yet another corporate one.

Decentralized alternatives simply didn't exist when they started working on Upscroll, so they went for the centralized path of least resistance. Loops has just launched but I'm not sure on their content policy.
