If I’m not mistaken, isn’t Posse Comitatus what prevented during the first term, the Administration from using military to secure the U.S.-Mexico border? I remember Trump publicly saying he would use the military.

A judge dismissed all charges, ruling there wasn’t enough evidence to prove criminal intent?

I updated my post. I don't know what you're referring to, however I was referring to the Ohio National Guard shooting at Kent State University in 1970.
