Not to be a pedant but shouldn’t it be “unjust” I get that it’s a contraction of “injustice” but I don’t think it works like that

You're totally right and it really contributes to the vibe. They have a three-letter acronym, and the first word isn't a word, the second word is ridiculous, and the third word is really two words. Just precision-engineered to be an awful sign.

Injust actually is an archaic word (with the same meaning as unjust). However, it's equally likely in this case that the person knew this as it is that they are illiterate.

Even funnier is that evildoer is a word, so it's hyphenated (as you point out) for no reason in this case.
