From the article it doesnt sound like anyone actually found out and posted the submarine's location. But yeah, the specialists in the field would probably be able to identify and maybe even locate the submarine from that photo.

Might be able to identify but I don't see how it can be located to anything other than ocean. It's funny but not much of a security concern as the author claims it to be.

War thunder on other hand tho, almost makes me think it's sabotage.
