You should know: there is no formal definition of "domestic terrorist" in US law. Such a definition would fairly immediately run into problems with the right to free association guaranteed by the Constitution if it existed.

It is a crime to provide material support to foreign terrorist organizations, and the State Department maintains a list of such proscribed organizations. But that list only covers foreign orgs, by law.

Rights? constitution? what madness are you talking about?

I remember those concepts from the 90s, really showing my age now.

I am sorry if I will seem rude or pedantic or insulting, but this shit is only new to white people. it was going on for decades to minorities. all that changed now is that it is no longer hidden and it is affecting white people.

I keep yelling at protesters who just want to go back to the status quo when this was only affecting other minorities and not white people.

I think many realize that segregation wasn’t long ago and that we never actually achieved the goals identified in our USA marketing/propaganda. The difference is that it felt like we were at least pursuing them in the 90s. Like there was huge amounts of systemic injustice but things seemed to be moving (slowly) in the right direction with gay rights and minority rights that we would actually have a shot of living up to our values in the long run.

Many dont even realize that today schools are even more segregated than during segregation. the systemic injustices are as engrained now as they were then, just intentionally less visible.
