I mean, even if the follow up comment was authentic, the picture is clearly AI and her matching the couch was an intentional thing...
It's an "alley oop" post, you intentionally miss the obvious joke, and set up the next person to get the punchline.
Reddit it was really easy back in the day, but on here 99% of the time no one makes the obvious punchline.
