Not surprisingly he goes to worm around the free speech amendment to squash TV shows talking hard against him.

This seems like an opportunity to an enterprising comedy show. There's so many layers of malicious compliance they can use to pay lip service to the rule while making the fascists look even worse. As they say constraints breed creativity. They're basically inviting these shows to find new and creative ways to damage the public perception of our current fascist administration.
