My orange gremlin loves hair ties. So, when one is old and about to be thrown out, I'll accidentally drop one by him, and he goes nuts with it for a solid 15 minutes. It's akin to catnip to that little weirdo, he hunts them down in the house if a fresh one is put somewhere within reach.
Just FYI (and I'm sure you're careful/keeping watch) if your little orange gremlin accidentally swallows one & you live in the US, it is a COSTLY surgery to fix.
My Shiba Inu ate one a few years ago, it wrapped around her intestines, and it cost us $10K (and then another $5K when she ripped her stitches out a week later. Thank fuck for Care credit T.T)
Just a warning because I don't want anyone else to experience that kinda stress!
Yes, it's definitely supervised play only. He just loves to be a hunter and "catch" them.
