I never said apathy wasn't a problem.
Well, you missed his point entirely though. Society only functions when we are involved in it. Ignoring it allows evil to run rampant because it's not polite to get involved.
No, I understand that. You're the one that doesn't understand.
I'd rather have a thousand people minding their business even if they should be fighting for me than a thousand people actively trying to kill me.
Yes, Apathy Bad, but malice is worse.
If the whole world is, sure. The point is the polite people are probably not full of malice and ruffling a few feathers is necessary for a healthy society. I understand your point, you would rather everyone turn away than attack you, millions of people don't ha e that luxury, and just because they haven't gotten to you yet doesn't mean they aren't coming.
Your comment makes absolutely no sense.
You profess to now understand my point and then immediately demonstrate you don't, attacking a straw man again.
I don't agree with your point is what I am saying, but I better understand you, and you are just plain wrong. The evil you know is better than those you don't, because you can face it. How do you reach the apathetic? How do you face that which would rather turn away? How do you get them to engage?
