I mean I just played the story once, but I loved every second. Barely used fast travel, too
I get that a lot of people loved it, but to me (and some other people too) it was way too much "simulation" and slow paced for me.
I have no issue with a 120-hour playthrough of The Witcher 3 or things like that, so it's not like I only like fast paced short action type games, but without mods I wouldn't have finished RDR2

Yea it does have a slow pacing. I personally chose to go all in, and was able to appreciate the pace after all. Maybe with a little J
The witcher 3 was the most boring, slow, boat-like controls for the MC game I’ve ever played
