Depression or adhd? I will never know
Probably both.
The only cure for me is to just get up and fucking do it when I think about it end build a positive schedule. It leads to me being inefficient with my time because I just do shit out of order or forget things but stuff gets done. I reserve all this for the weekend tho
Yeah I wish my body would obey the get up and do it command
