every election has been the most important election of my life. i really dont get why they always say that. are we to believe before we were born they were like “eh this election doesnt really matter so vote with your conscience”
I mean yes, because white liberals were doing very well out of the post-war boom and the general looting and oppression of the rest of the world and minorities at home. But then I'm old
What post-2008 (if not far earlier) liberals get out of it, other than a polite mask for their own racism, and think the difference is now I have no fucking idea.
