Hmm, but Trump also has active control of all 3 branches of government. That hasn't happened for a Democrat president in a long time. It matters a lot, he can do anything he wants because he's safe from impeachment and from the courts.

This took decades of stacking the courts. It's dishonest to pretend that most presidents could have done any of this.
