Doesn't really seem sexist to me: the man has misunderstood the situation and thinks the woman is interested in him. The woman has misunderstood the situation and thinks the man is likely to be aggressive. It's kind of symmetrical in that way.

Women do fear men; commenting on that isn't (automatically) sexist.

The comic isn't saying women should fear men because there's nothing to suggest the man is predatory.

It's not sexist to acknowledge or talk about it though. This comic isn't advocating sexism. The comic itself is not sexist; it features sexism.
