Remember when Republicans whined for years about Obamacare, then gained total control and released a healthcare plan so bad John McCain famously voted it down, then they just gave the fuck up on it because Republicans just give the fuck up when things are too hard?

Unless we're talking about two different events, it wasn't even a plan that he voted down, it was simply just a repeal of the ACA.

They have never had an actual plan.
