Because commercially produced lesbian porn is targeted strictly at straight dudes who think it's gay to see another man's dick.

Also because people fuck up the tags 99% of the time

Sometimes I want to look at two ladies

Me too, but I really don't want dudes to show up in my gay porn

This post made me think “if there’s lesbian porn for the male gaze, is there gay porn for the female gaze?”

for straight women it's just the regular dude on dude gay porn. for some gay women, too.

I don't think it is, i think it's right down lane

I'm in that boat, but not in an overly-defensive-hetero look-how-gay-im-not way, its just that I can have basically any combination of ingredients I want, why would I opt for dick

I don't know. I usually either find myself identifying with at least one of the performers in some way or losing interest. I figured most people would do the same, and therefore cishet dudes would want porn with atleast some dick in it.

Had a high school classmate who was "so totally not gay" he'd only watch lesbian porn so there's no dick in it.

Guess who hit my (faceless) Grindr profile up a few years after graduation for a DL hookup where he wanted to try bottoming?

I had a classmate who expressed the same porn preference, although they weren't obnoxious about it, just casually mentioned it once. I remember being flabbergasted by the idea at the time, thinking that seemed like some pretty weak masculinity. Well, she came out as a trans lesbian a good few years after we graduated, and I realized I was bisexual somewhere in the same period. I guess we both figured out what we liked eventually 🤷‍♂️

I can think of only like 3 instances a porn side has ever had good tagging.

Ones a furry site, ones a week site and the last is a brony site.

Sfw or NSFW, doesn't matter. People can't fucking tag.

https://www.intomore.com/culture/surprise-lesbian-porn-tops-the-pornhub-charts-and-women-are-the-ones-watching/

Women watch more lesbian porn then men (as a proportion of their total porn consumption). And women apparently make up 37% of the viewership on pornhub so that's a very significant amount of lesbian porn viewership, if not an outright majority.

It's not 1960 anymore
