He does get arrested several times but he never seems to face any long term consequences

Yeah but he should face prison but magically his lawyer friend always gets him off, or the cops are like "well he helped close the case" and it's fucking stupid.

He's murdered dozens of people. You cant just do that as a civilian, no matter what the circumstances are. It's basically a right wing snuff fantasy.
