So what I can get from this is that the current American admin is distancing itself from X, maybe Musk altogether? Or perhaps this is just a first step before creating a more localized version mostly for American audiences, or expanding Truth Social? Both? More the latter than a Musk breakup, I think. We shall see.

I'm pretty sure the teachers union isn't any part of the administration.

The teachers union is most likely part of the opposition to the current regime, which hates both education and unions

The current American admin isn't doing jack shit about X, despite this being obviously criminal. In fact, the US military just gave Musk a contract to license Grok, even though Grok describes itself as 'Mecha-Hitler'.
