They're half right. ICE is A secret police force, not an army.
They're funded like an army.
And growing in numbers.
Ah, like the Waffen-SS?
Staffed mostly by ex-military. Funded by the federal budget like the military. Use military grade weapons and armor. Move in packs like their army training.

There was also National Guard troops that were deployed across major cities...
