No corporation can legally force you to test their drugs unless you willingly sign some legally binding agreement consenting to being tested on.

Such as an employment contract that includes it in the fine print 🤷

I doubt IBM or Ford are going to force an employee to have drugs tested on them as a matter of contractual employment.

That's just because it's under an NDA. IBM is all about the ayahuasca and if you're gonna work at Ford, you can't be skipping Methadone Mondays or THC Thursdays.
