What about political science? Psychology?
those are "soft science" and science doesn't give a fuck what they think either. see neil degrasse tyson's dismissal of philosophy as "useless"
if it can't be quantified or described by some math formula, then it isn't "science"
what is the math formula for your endocrine system?
there are many unsolved math problems; that doesn't mean a solution doesn't exist
however you can't objectively quantify a thing that is by definition a subjective experience, i.e. consciousness. can the endocrine system feasibly eventually be described by maths alone? i tend to believe so. not so much with predicting someone's favorite flavor of ice cream, or favorite music, or favorite hobby, or anything else involving feelings and emotions
I'm really glad people decided thousands of years ago that this wasn't true and we continue their tradition to this day of knowing its not true! 🤣
