That doesn't make sense......the Irish are still PLENTY depressed. It's why they drink so much.
Nah they're not depressed, they're just melancholic. That's when you combine all the root causes for depression with a dose of good folk music.
The irish did have a really bad time when they had a lack of potatoes
but they then eat the depression potatoes which reinstills and spreads the depression to all those who eat it.
