Personally, I'm not a fan of not being told where we're going, if my partner has booked a place. Unless it was a really fancy restaurant or show and they booked it as a present, I would prefer to be told what the venue is.

I get too anxious when I know something is happening, but not precisely what ๐Ÿ˜‚

That's how i felt about this time. Even though it was for her birthday it wasn't anywhere super fancy. I have a place in mind for valentines day I'd keep as a surprise. For this one I kind of wanted to tell her but I think she wanted it to be a surprise
