He had plenty of time to move out of the way if he didn't spend so much time getting his gun out. Dude had to take two steps to his right but opted to pull out a gun against a car instead. Afterwards you can hear him call her a "fucking bitch." I'm pretty sure this dude just wanted to kill her because they were taunting him.

And to those that say "maybe you shouldn't talk like that to law enforcement" maybe you should really think to yourself does that really justify getting shot in the head? Just because this guy didn't like what she said doesn't mean anyone deserved to die.

He went out specifically to murder someone...
The only real reason to get in front of the car is to escalate the situation. And if he deliberately wanted to escalate the situation then he definitely wanted to pull his gun and shoot.

This person wasn't an insurgent who was armed to the teeth in an armoured vehicle blasting through a checkpoint somewhere in a desert. This was a middle aged mother doing a school run.

All cops know how to do is escalate. Escalate, escalate, escalate, escalate. That's literally ALL they do. How anybody looks at law enforcement in any capacity as a good thing is crazy to me.

False, cops attempt de-escalation regularly, and generally react as rationally as a human can.

You are seeing a poorly trained individual here, not a cop but a "special agent" with possible psychopathic traits.

I studied police in college through my degree, I've done ride alongs, I've visited prisons and morgues with these people. Cops are some of the most incompetent POSes on the planet. They have been murdering people with impunity for 50+ years. You will not convince me otherwise. You are delusional. ACAB.

He was a US soldier in Iraq he has killed many innocent civilians for fun and is just continuing what he has always done.
