She was trying to drive away. There was no attack by this woman. The only attack was by the murderer.
The only individual at any risk was put into that position by the violence perpetrated by the "agent" trying to force their way into her car.
The "agent" at risk, the shooter, had his weapon unnecessarily drawn and aimed at her face. The threat to his person passed once he cleared her vehicle, but he chose to shoot unrestrained and recklessly anyway.
She was leaving as they wanted. They got angry with her. She didn't comply, so they responded with violence.
The murderer accomplished no good with his actions. He did not save his own life or anyone else's because there was no danger once he cleared the path of the vehicle. There was nothing to defend.
She didn't have to die.
He did not have to murder her.
I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and presume you don't understand what the words "offensive maneuver" mean.
She was not attacking them. She was clearly trying to leave when an officer violently tried to forcefully remove her from her car.
Fleeing the scene, even when committing was a crime, is not enough to justify deadly force.
There's plenty of court cases to look up if you're uncertain how the American law system works. But I suspect this isn't something you actually care about.
Their lives were not threatened.
She didn't have to die.

They don't understand how and when deadly force is actually authorized. The US, as bad as it as it today, isn't a country like Afghanistan. Contrary to all the attempts to change that, it's not how things work there (or at least generally).
I wish the US the best, because things there have become such a mess. This is a huge travesty I can only hope justice ultimately prevails.
