This is my last effort to find a fix for this before I find a different client to use. So far I have:

β€’ Made sure hide NSFW posts is enabled on the web client
β€’ Made sure hide NSFW posts is enabled in voyager
β€’ Signed out and back in on voyager
β€’ Signed out and back in on web client.

Idk man, I don’t have this issue, but what I do is:

Appearance > Blur NSFW > In Feed Filters & Blocks > Hide All NSFW Blocked Instances: lemmynsfw.com, pornlemmy.com

I get the frustration. Had the same issue when I joined Lemmy. Good luck.
