Stress Time

This is a topic that is perfect for dealing with in journals. The concept of stress is one of those things most of us deal with, anywhere from the daily work stress to something out of the ordinary.

Understanding the things that cause you stress is one of the ways that you can use your journal to help improve your life.

Day Five Prompt

I don't know how you feel about this time of year, but it used to cause me a lot of stress. First there was the stress from the holidays. Then there was the stress from the unpredictable weather in my region of the country. And, when all of that was over, there was the stress of having to go back to work or school.

So, what about you? Does this time of year cause you stress? Or is there something else that causes stress for you?

What Causes You Stress? Why Does It Cause You Stress?

Note: These prompts are being supplied as a completely optional item for you to use, if you are stuck on what to write. In fact, you might want to use one of these early prompts later in the month if you get stuck.

There actually is a feature for that. It's to the right of the alternating arrow thing.

That's a stacked bar graph (one bar on top of another bar), not a side-by-side bar graph.
