As a guy working in Qatar I once made a reddit post after the Iranian missiles went (safely) flying overhead to tell Qataris to never forget Gaza and surprise surprise, a pro-Ukraine Nazi (he wasn't a local) shows up to ask "what about Ukraine?", and when prodded was saying Gaza doesn't matter and resources would be wasted on them; ~~hilariously he said Ukraine and Gaza should get equal support to which I replied equal support would translate to much of the resources diverted to Ukraine being shared with Gaza given how little they get~~ (actually reading it again, this was a point I brought up).

I'm also reminded of when an earthquake struck Turkey there were so many Ukrainians calling them cockroaches and saying resources shouldn't be wasted on them. So. Many. Pro-Ukrainians. Calling the Turkish victims cockroaches.

Before the war started western media had no issue showing how racist ukrainians were but ofc now its all sanitized.
