Downside of being permanently underage in appearance, constant harassment about why you're not in school
300 years ago that was middle age and nobody cared!
Itβs been a while, but when I played hookie back in the day I found that nobody gave even a tiny bit of a shit.
Doesn't get much better in your 20s, when old people harass you for not being at work in the middle of the day, assuming you are unemployed. And not just retirement age, I've had this happen with middle aged men that were also not at work
As someone who hit puberty at 8 and could buy lotto tickets unchecked at 16, can't relate. Really outside of the bags under my eyes and the filled out facial hair I look the fucking same as I did at 18.
Same. Co-worker gets annoyed and confused when I call him kid
I have never had my ID checked to confirm my age.
