Hi! The NDE started me searching online for other NDEs to try and figure out what happened to me. I still haven't found any like mine. But I did find The Ra Material/the Law of One. I bought the books before I found the reddit where ppl often post the free link, so here it is lol: www.lawofone.info/s/1. The most valuable paragraph to me is right there in the first session:

"In truth there is no right or wrong. There is no polarity for all will be, as you would say, reconciled at some point in your dance through the mind/body/spirit complex which you amuse yourself by distorting in various ways at this time. This distortion is not in any case necessary. It is chosen by each of you as an alternative to understanding the complete unity of thought which binds all things. You are not speaking of similar or somewhat like entities or things. You are every thing, every being, every emotion, every event, every situation. You are unity. You are infinity. You are love/light, light/love. You are. This is the Law of One."

There's a lot of "transient" stuff in the books from the questioner I don't care about at all, but it describes densities, and to me it sounds like the layers I went up thru in the NDE, changing form each time, and that's the closest I can find online to what happened. It also talks about healing and time being possibility/probability vortexes. Seems more accurate to what I experienced than "timeline jumping." Which might be another good way to look at it tho if you still want to view time as linear not simultaneous. I was gone for 5 hrs and when I got back my body was no longer viable, so I knew I'd have to find a new one to continue on Earth. I told my higher self I wanted a place where "everyone could learn to heal like I did (by understanding consciousness creates matter)" and "somewhere close enough I wouldn't get lost." I ended up here, and so far I'm super pleased with this place. Some things are different, but there aren't enough differences that I'm like wtf is happening πŸ˜‚ I no longer had hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, Marfan's Syndrome, scoliosis, MCAS, strep throat, and MRSA in my kidneys when I came back, and have stayed healthy ever since. I post about it on r/NDE and r/lawofone, but it was 5 hrs, way too much happened for me to type it up in one place. Maybe if I could just talk and someone ask questions and type it up for me, idk.

Anyways the books repeatedly recommend daily meditation and say there's no right or wrong way to do that. So I tried breath and guided and focusing on an object, none of it worked, so I tried contemplation meditation and that's what works for me. I researched the 5 stages of meditation, but only recently after hearing the silence bc I was like "What was happening?" πŸ˜‚ I didn't even know there were 5 stages before that. So the answers I'm looking for like other ppl who had similar NDEs to mine might be out there too and I just don't know what search terms to use.

One of the most interesting parts of the NDE to me was at the apex where my higher self told me telepathically "that's why we say off then on, bc you have to be on to have a concept of off." and "we do all these things because we love experiencing things, because experiencing things, anything at all, is better than experiencing nothing."

Idk if that helps or it's too much info or not enough πŸ˜‚ You can DM me if you want to ask anything tho!
