Because right now, the American movie is in a fight for its life. Tarantino’s peers have all taken up arms — challenging themselves like never before with hugely ambitious projects specifically for the big screen (and, hopefully, big audiences).

It’s time Tarantino once again joins the front lines and makes a last-ditch effort to save this medium we all love. Do that, Quentin, and you can talk all the smack you want, I promise.

Doesn’t Tarantino more or less think that himself? That’s why he’s stepped away from filmmaking, he doesn’t feel like he has any more stories to tell and he’s not going to force it, and he certainly doesn’t need the money.

Pretty much, i remember he once said unlike other directors he would only make 10 movies so he doesnt become washed, and he never made that 10th movie

Who gives a shit about Tarantino anymore? His role was taken on by the Safdie brothers and I think they do a much better job anyways.

Marty Supreme was actually really good. I'm kind of a sucker for the chaos dialogue that they do better than anyone. Probably because it reminds me of growing up
