This was a NSFW, darkly-hilarious webcomic that started ages ago (1999) and ended a few years later... or so I'd thought for years. But no, it seems artist "Clay" has recently relaunched the sucker!
It's pretty much in the "OGLAF" class of webcomics, but maybe a little more wicked and subtle.
If we take this comic seriously, the real issue here is that either he's not asking her what she likes, she's not telling him or she doesn't know either.
Either way, him going to extreme lengths to learn how to please her is not the problem at hand.
Him having to call a radio broadcast because it's easier to get the information that way than from his partner is a massive problem.
