Why does every deep-fried meme use Brazil funk now? Like, I don't think it's bad or anything, but I feel like I'm suddenly seeing it all the time.

depends on the intent of the creator, but i think it is something to indicate that brazil funk (or phonk) has outlived it trendyness in north america, and its use is to indicate an attempt to relate to popular culture despite being out of culture half a decade ago.
