Just stay away from Egg_irl until you're satisfied with the answers you find in adhd!
Though my Scottish heritage has made me skirt curious I think if you're relating to egg_irl memes on any level that's a much more obvious sign than most "ADHD symptoms" which are often a matter of scale for otherwise relatable events.
It's normal to relate to forgetting things, it's a bit less usual to think you're trapped in the wrong body.
