Got that Flintstones meat
It's pretty hilarious, honestly.
I can't even tell if it's one thinnish layer of white bird meat, or whether it also includes that marbled red section, which also looks like it could be something behind it.
It's a ham. The white and reddish areas are all part of it.
Is the white part... fat?
I've never seen a ham like that before in the States.
There are different varieties with differing amounts of fat. That's the kind of ham that prosciutto would come from.
