  1. DO NOT DOXX YOUR KIDS - Seriously, use an alt for this comm or keep it vague; otherwise we’re centralizing info about everyone’s kids into a single place that can be easily focused on.
  2. No jokes about dead kids - I don't care how much the romanovs deserved it, or how right John Brown was, save it for another comm.
  3. No antinatalism struggle sessions

It's good to have some days off where I can relax without also looking after the kids. One of the kids has been saying childcare is scary though, I've been trying to get out of them whether it's just a bit of a regression or if something's going on.

We're heading up to see my grandfather tomorrow for Christmas. He's at an aged care facility closer to home so it's easier to go see him now. The whole family is coming so this might be the new meetup point whilst he's still there.

And I'm going to look at movies at a local independent cinema for new year's day when the session times are up. We watched the new Wallace and Gromit there this year, it would be nice to make it a tradition if there's something good on next year as well

It's hard to get to the heart of the matter when young kids say stuff like "daycare is scary". I find it's a lot easier then you think to "lead the witness" as it were. It could have been something as routine as a fire drill for example.

Apparently they had Santa and the Grinch visit which he found quite scary but he's still going on about it. I want to make sure he's not being strapped into a highchair for 8 hours like I've read about
