Well, since Verne Troyer (Mini-Me) is gone, I guess you'll have to settle for Danny Devito, Rhea Perlman, Peter Dinklage, etc.
Generally, they have a long rope to pull down. At least here in Japan, it's also the attendants who do it; I don't think I've ever seen this style in self-serv.
Might be that the nozzles extend, once you've paid. At least, some of them seem to be far too high up...
