Unless they're charged with perjury, this is just another example of the failure of the justice system.
Fourth box.
Perjury and jail time. So far there has been zero actually consequences.
Charges first, then trial, then verdict, then sentencing.
Unfortunately, the snail's pace of the justice system is its Achilles' Heel. The fascists are using that slowness to do anything they want right now, and push off consequences as long as possible. Lather, rinse, repeat.
So, to correct my previous comment, even if they're charged with perjury, the justice system has failed.
Fourth box.
The wheels of justice turn slowly, but they grind incredibly fine.
So far, 21st century fascism has avoided the grind.
So when does that grinding start? Because i have yey to see any of the most heinous actors of our time see any consequences
