South America needs to break free of the CIA control that keeps them divided and unify into a United States of South America.

I don't know if unifying, but creating something the European Union might be good? We do need a joint army, tho

I mean, the EU is a bunch of federated countries in a similar way the US is a bunch of federated states. South America could do something like that.
