It doesn't because it's actually true.

JK Rowling has actually made comments about how if she were young, the "gender ideology" would have her "turning herself into a boy", and that in the 80's she "Sometimes thought about wanting to be one."

Queerphobes are usually queer, that's their motivation for oppressing their fellow queers. Because they're told that part of themselves is wrong, so they seek to "purge themselves" and become "Pure in God's eyes"
